Product Return Policy

Θέλουμε να λατρέψεις το ZenBee σου. Αν κάτι δεν σου κάνει, το φτιάχνουμε — απλά και γρήγορα!

ΈχεΙς δικαίωμα να επιστρέψεΙς τα προϊόντα που αγόρασες εντός (14) ημερολογιακών ημερών από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής τους. Μετά την παρέλευση (14) ημερολογιακών ημερών από την παραλαβή της αποστολής δεν υφίσταται κανένα απολύτως δικαίωμα επιστροφής.
Σημειώνεται ότι σε περίπτωση επιστροφής προϊόντος, η επιστροφή του σχετικού αντιτίμου (τονίζεται ότι επιστρέφεται μόνο η αξία του προϊόντος, χωρίς προφανώς τα έξοδα μεταφοράς και αντικαταβολής), γίνεται εντός δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερών από την ημέρα έγκρισης και αποδοχής του επιστρεφόμενου προϊόντος από τη ZENBEE. In any case, the time for refunding the fee depends on the cooperating Bank. Εάν έχεις  πραγματοποιήσει ήδη μια αλλαγή προιόντος, δεν μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί επιστροφή χρημάτων.  

Οι επιστροφές γίνονται δεκτές ΜΟΝΟ εφόσον:
1. Έχετε επικοινωνήσει με το τμήμα Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών στο 2109832348 ή μας έχετε στείλει email στο info@zenbee.gr, γράφοντας το ονοματεπώνυμο σας και τον αριθμό παραγγελίας σας,. Το email σας για να έχει γίνει αποδεκτό, πρέπει να σας έχουμε απαντήσει.
2All accompanying items of the product (packaging and proof of purchase, as they are part of the product) are returned.
3No intervention of any kind has been made to the product.
4The product has not been worn beyond testing.
5. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, i.e. we do not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage during their transport. Therefore, please ensure that they are packaged properly and will not suffer damage during their transport.
7.  Στην περίπτωση που το προϊόν συνοδεύεται από κάποιο δώρο, θα πρέπει να επιστραφεί και το δώρο, σε άριστη κατάσταση.

8. For orders placed via phone, Instagram, Facebook, as well as purchases in a physical store, no refunds are made, only exchanges with another product.
The refund will be made to the original payment method, unless you selected cash on delivery as the payment method during the purchase. In this case, the refund will be made by deposit into a bank account indicated by you or via IRIS. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one selected in the billing information and indicated on the purchase receipt.
In case of product change, you will not be charged any shipping costs. In the case If you request a product exchange and the product to be exchanged is of a lower value than that of the original order, the monetary difference will not be refunded.

Returns that do not meet all of the above conditions are NOT accepted by ZENBEE and will be returned to you at your sole expense.

Defective products
Σε περίπτωση που φτάσει στα χέρια σας ελαττωματικό προϊόν, παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας το αργότερο εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής του, στο τηλέφωνο 2109832348 για να σας ενημερώσουμε για τον τρόπο αντικατάστασής του χωρίς καμία δική σας επιβάρυνση.

Change / Cancel order
You can change or cancel your order without any charge, provided that your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, by calling our customer service department or sending an email. In the event that you have paid in advance for your order, the amount will be refunded in full to your account within 7 days. In the event that your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

CHANGES FROM CYPRUS AND ABROAD:

For the return of your order from Cyprus, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once we receive your package, we will refund to your card or the account you indicate (any bank transfer costs are borne by the customer), the value of the products you have returned to us. Returns on discounted products are not made. It is a good idea for the safety of your package to keep the shipping number of the package you are returning to us. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
