RETURN POLICY
Product Return Policy
You have the right to return the products you purchased within 6 calendar days from the date of receipt. After 6 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, there is absolutely NO right of return.
It is noted that in the event of a product return, the refund of the relevant price (it is emphasized that only the value of the product is refunded, obviously excluding shipping costs), is made within fourteen (14) days from the day of approval and acceptance of the returned product by ZENBEE. If you have already made a change, a refund cannot be made. If you have requested a refund, a check is made by the competent department and the money is credited within 10 - 14 working days. In any case, the time for the refund of the price depends on the cooperating Bank.
Before sending your products back to us, you must definitely register your request.
Please note that returns are ONLY accepted if:
1. You have contacted our Customer Service department at 2109832348 or sent us an email at info@zenbee.gr, writing your name and order number, justifying with a written statement why you wish to return the product and whether you wish to have a replacement. In order for your email to be accepted, we must have replied to you.
2. All accompanying items of the product (packaging and proof of purchase, as they are part of the product) are returned.
3. No intervention of any kind has been made to the product.
4. The product has not been worn beyond testing.
5. Send the product via ACS courier (the relevant shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the credit value of the products). Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, i.e. we do not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage during their transport. Therefore, make sure that they are packaged properly and will not suffer damage during transport.
6. The product is NOT a promotional product (no changes or refunds are made).
7. In the event that the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned, in excellent condition.
Excluded from the above right of return are hygiene products (e.g. swimwear, underwear, socks, earrings, bodysuits, etc.)
- Please note that you can make up to 2 changes.
For orders placed via phone, Instagram, Facebook, as well as purchases in a physical store, no refunds are made, only exchanges with another product.
The refund will be made to the original payment method, unless you selected cash on delivery as the payment method during the purchase. In this case, the refund will be made by deposit into a bank account indicated by you in writing via email. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one selected in the billing information and indicated on the purchase receipt.
In case you request a product exchange and the product to be exchanged is of a lower value than that of the original order, the monetary difference will not be refunded, but you must cover the entire refunded amount on the same day.
Returns that do not meet all of the above conditions are NOT accepted by ZENBEE and will be returned to you at your sole expense.
Defective products
In the event that you receive a defective product (e.g. damage during transport), please contact us no later than within 2 working days from the date of receipt, at 2109832348 so that we can inform you about how to replace it at no cost to you.
Change / Cancel order
You can change or cancel your order without any charge, provided that your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, by calling our customer service department or sending an email. In the event that you have paid in advance for your order, the amount will be refunded in full to your account within 14 days. In the event that your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
CHANGES FROM CYPRUS AND ABROAD:
For the return of your order from Cyprus, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once we receive your package, we will refund to your card or the account you indicate (any bank transfer costs are borne by the customer), the value of the products you have returned to us. Returns on discounted products are not made. It is a good idea for the safety of your package to keep the shipping number of the package you are returning to us. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
